Love Speaks Wellness

OUR STORY
A Journey of Passion and Purpose
Love Speaks Wellness was born from a simple belief: that true well-being comes from nurturing the mind, body and spirit.
My own journey with yoga and meditation transformed my life. Yoga came to me as a physical exercise to stretch my muscles after years of professionally training in many athletic disciplines. Yoga became so much more; it revealed itself as the science of happiness. It brought me better focus and concentration, nervous system regulation, a deeper level of compassion for myself and others, and improved my health and peace of mind.
Now, my mission is to share these gifts with you, planting seeds of kindness, health, and peace of mind to support you on your path.

MEET CHERYL
Your Guide To Wellness
With over 20 years of training the body and mind with athletic disciplines, psychology, esthetics and holistic wellness, Cheryl is available to guide and inspire you to live a healthier, happier, and more balanced life, using the tools of traditional yoga scientifically proven to work.

Cheryl started at a very young age, showing a talent for and training in many disciplines, engaging in music, dance, and the healing arts. This eventually led her, in adulthood, to study psychology and personal training, and to become a Stunt Actress, while also studying esthetics and massage, gymnastics coaching, and other holistic health models such as Ayurveda and sound healing.
In 2015, Cheryl undertook the great adventure of starting her training to become a yoga teacher, specializing in children's yoga first, studying with Young Yoga Masters. Continuing to advance her knowledge in Vedanta and the four paths of yoga, with monks and nuns of the Saraswati order teaching under the umbrella of The Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy, at the Sivananda Bahamas Ashram and Yoga Retreat, where she eventually remained volunteering for many years serving the needs of the ashram.
Cheryl continues to practice and share the sacred knowledge of the four paths of yoga, including traditional hatha yoga and Vedanta, revealed to her by her teachers, with confidence in the efficacy of the science of happiness, also known as the science of yoga.

"Wellness is not a destination; it's a way of living and loving yourself every day. Similar to cleaning your teeth every morning, one learns to clean and uplift the body and mind with yoga "
